The more I see of the game, the less I want it. Portal may help but we should not need portal to fix what DICE has intentionally done. I have just not decieded not to get the game at all. I wish that there was a developer who is or was making a Battlefield type game to compete with this. DICE keeps setting the bar low so it should be easier now.

I agree 100%. The base game is modeled after Apex legends and will follow COD's monetization model for season passes, battle royale, etc. Some folks may feel fine trying to recreate the game from scratch using Portal. But, we also don't know what limitations will come from Portal. I would prefer to simply have a quality base game. I don't remember anyone even asking for a Portal mode, but I am not necessarily upset with the idea of it.
