For sure the hud icons need work.
Before if some was downed and needed a medic you would clearly here them screem MEDIC!
Now you don't even noticed them while they are scratching your leg.

- @NLmassmurder I notice them every time when someone is down and needs to be revied. And it is clearly marked. So if you can't then that is your own fault.
@CantGetRight Oke, might be me.
But I definitely never had the problem befor because the player needing my help always could yell for help repeatedly by clicking left or right mouse button to yel for help again.
