Right? And if I'm a controller player, I am familiar with how the stick functions and the space I'm given to work with in relativity to my screen. So there should be no more excuses from controller users that the mouse has more surface area.
It's relative. If you're a controller player like myself but you don't understand how to move your stick to achieve correct crosshair placement, you deserve to not be getting kills. You controller players making excuses sound pathetic. You don't have to be some controller wizard Jesus to hit your shots.

Done.

You're playing against 10 year old consoles with 30 fps, on your current gen console with 60 fps. The old consoles can barely run that game. In fact, the Xbox One S runs current gen 2042 streaming from cloud better than old gen 2042 installed on a hard drive. I've tried both lmao.
You can whine about crossplay, but without crossplay, you don't find games.

@Agent10_AlexYes i am on PS5 playing the PS4 version. The main thing i wanted to convey is: On the PS4 version the playfield is EVEN. All players have the SAME input method. It makes a huge difference. 30 fps or 60 fps. You play against other players with the same chance. Got the PS5 just a couple months ago. It was great on the PS4 as well. My PS4 just died.
Crossplay has to go.Oh...one more thing...On the PS4 version there is no crossplay. Full lobbies no AI. Maybe the player base is larger because it feels fair.

I understand, but I disagree, it is not a level playing field. Next gen vs PC is a more a more level playing field, that's why they are meant to play together in this game. There are PS4/Xbone players getting absolutely farmed. They cannot see you because you have not loaded in, they have half the frames as you, and far worse input lag. You cannot compare current gen consoles, which are more comparable to PCs, to last gen consoles. Maybe you forgot that the game is for last gen users, who probably wish you would play the game you are supposed to be playing.
I just said, it is better for a last gen user to play the current gen game through the cloud and play against PC and current gen, than it is for them to run the last gen game. The last gen game barely functions on last gen consoles.
And there is absolutely plenty of AI on last gen. Far less servers as well. The only thing I will give it is that if you're on current gen console, you experience far less false deaths on the last gen game.
My most recent game on last gen, I went 55-2 on Kaleidoscope defense farming AI on the first sector with Lis and an SVK, just before uninstalling lol.

Yes! Let’s get rid of crossplay so NOBODY has to play against players using aim assist.

Yes! Let’s get rid of crossplay so NOBODY has to play against players using aim assist.Without crossplay the chance of my opponents using aim assist is higher. I'm with the PC players on this. Console aim assist kills you with no time to react as every bullet hits you. When a PC player kills you, you notice a few shots miss. Aim assisted users need to be segregated.
You know what would be nice, is mnk support for the console. That's as level of a playing field as it gets.

I am saying, DELETE crossplay completely so PC vs PC and Console vs Console only, then DELETE aim assist on consoles if necessary. BFV was so nice on console without the PC players.
I personally don't want M&K on consoles. I got a console to get away from that stuff. I want to play on the couch on a big TV.

The game is dead. You won't find games without PC players. You literally don't already.
Also what was so great about playing on BFV? Are you trying to say your KD is higher in older games? That's not the case for me. I have no problem with PC players. Actually I find the game more enjoyable due to their generally playing the game better and chatting more. I haven't played much BFV (for a few reasons) but when I have, Xbox players are just statues sniping in windows. Or they blend in with the rocks. Quite a horrible and unplayable experience imo.
No matter what, you are always going to be playing with consoles connected to a 30" monitor, jumping, sliding, and strafing just like PC players. I'm not saying that exactly is what you take issue with, but you can't control how other people play the game.

Namely. And it's very annoying. When Aim Assist clung to you, there is almost no chance. Previously, it was clear that in certain cases you can still slip through, even if there is a minimum of health, but now everything is not so. And when you perform some complex maneuver and at the most crucial moment you are killed from 160 meters in one burst, it's just out of bounds. And this happens regularly. I always know when I've been killed by a console player with Aim Assist. Even the coolest PC players don't shoot like that.
@flcrm wrote:1) Aim assist does not work beyond 100m. This can easily be confirmed by even PC KBM players. Portal, AANJ7Z. Don't touch mouse for ~5sec. Use keyboard controls. Test at 95m. Test at 105m.
2) Even a casual review of player stats shows typical accuracy on full auto guns is 20% +/- 3%. For both PC and console. While it may appear from your perspective that console players don't miss - they do.
Shots are missing, they just aren't being communicated. That sounds to me like a net code issue, not an issue with aim assist.

Never cared for K/D much. BFV was great because it felt fair. Everyone had the same input. Everyone moved the same way. No PC player spamming A and D on keyboard glitching left and right. Jumping while twisting and turning and shooting. Everybody shot me from the same distance. In BF2042 i get killed from very far and get shot accurately by PC players. (And yes PC players get shot by aim assist). So that is what was great about BFV: NO CROSSPLAY.

Bruh so you never tried to snipe with aimbot on. It absolutely works beyond 100m, in fact I don't know how people do it because it's awful. You can defend it all you want, but you need to be in segregated lobbies.

Don't mislead people. It has nothing to do with aimbot on consoles. According to my feelings, the aimbot on consoles also works at 200m.
What does the sound have to do with it, if I see from the hits that there are no misses?
As for statistics and the rest, can you substantiate your statements? Or do you think that everyone should believe your unsubstantiated statements, but not their eyes?
Statistics should not be viewed, but analyzed. Did you do the analysis, in dynamics, for different periods, for example? Did you evaluate it from the point of view of the influence of various factors? No? Then why are you writing all this nonsense?

Can you share a clip of aim assist working beyond 100m? I've tried and can't get it to trigger.
I have no problem with controller players using AA being placed into their own lobbies.

Your claim is that aim assist doesn't miss. How much of an analysis is required to prove that console players aren't anywhere near 100% accuracy? 5min of browing https://battlefieldtracker.com/ will tell any reasonable person console players aren't anywhere near 100%, more typically below 25%.
Let's say I'm taking you too literally - I'm going to ask you to refine you position - according to your feels how much more accurate is console than PC? 30%, 50%, 100%?
Give me a clear target to prove or disprove.

I don't have a clip of that but anything I want to learn in the game I put into practice, I'm sure you can go into aim trainer, stand 100m out from the bots and feel AA working. If you're talking about auto rotation I don't think that works that far.

Do you understand that the console aimbot was turned on a maximum of two or three updates ago? What was the accuracy of console players before? 10% or less? For more than a year. Now in a couple of months it has become 25%, according to you. Figure out for yourself what is the accuracy of the console aimbot at the moment. When the aimbot is clung to the target, it will be about 100% accuracy. But often due to the fact that there are not only open spaces on the maps, the aimbot can break down. Also, the official console aimbot may not work through smoke, adhering to the general logic of the developers. People say that through bushes and other obstacles does not always work. Also, console players can simply shoot without aiming. Yes, you never know the options. The fact remains that console players a few updates ago suddenly learned to shoot better than PC players. I die ten times more often from console players. It is clear that everything else from the console players remained at their level, movement and so on, most often they sit in ambushes, but the accuracy of shooting has increased significantly. There is also one significant moment. Previously, many console players complained that it was impossible to play with PC players, that they always lost in shootouts. Now there are no such complaints at all.

I did.
That's how I came to the conclusion that aim assist turns off at 100m.

I understand there was a significant change in perception back in Season 1. Thirteen months ago. The game was released eleven months before that. Any stats you see are weighted towards the 'buffed' aim assist. We could look at just the stats of guns released in Season 2 or later to see that accuracy isn't significantly above PC - if at all.
10% or less accuracy for controller players prior to the great buff? PC players are typically in the 20%+/-3 range for accuracy. If PC players were indeed nearly 2x more accurate at that time then I'd say any sort of aim assist buff would have been justified.
You die to consolers 10x more than PC players? Dang, didn't realize it was that bad. You win the argument with that.

100% I agree. This is factual and correct from a controller player. And this is why I'm here, I've only been posting about the controller and aimbot changes. My accuracy sits around 13% but it used to be 15% before I used LMGs so often. My top ARs are all 16%. When I felt that controller players were killing me more and with better accuracy, I tried to play a few games with the aimbots on and felt I had little control of where I put my crosshair. The zoom snap at the very least behaves much more aggressively. Regular aim assist might even be more sticky. Besides from that (and this is a good thing) the response curve was fixed and allows controllers to be much more precise without aim assist. But that is what controllers should be relying on, not aim assist. I don't feel I am at any significant disadvantage vs a mouse with the updated response curve.

I don't remember this problem a year ago. Maybe they turned it on for a while. Maybe they haven't turned it on to the maximum yet. I only noticed this a few months ago. Including the fact that console players began to occupy the first places in the number of kills.
So you can justify any fraud, and not just the use of aimbot. And even heavier crimes.
I have an analytical mindset, I remember a lot and isolate trends and the essence of processes in automatic mode )
