Yes.

You have two crossplay options:

PC+PS5+XSX+XSS

Or

XB1+PS4

If you turn off crossplay then you'll only be paired with others on your platform.  

Note:Gen5 consoles can run the Gen4 version of the game allowing access to either crossplay pool.
