@SICIOUS All we need server's without weather and levolution. Rental servers should fix the weather problem. As for future setting and gadgets that's just your opinion

@gazgriff2k11This has been confirmed to be an option for Portal Servers. Can disable the weather effects including tornadoes if you want to.
I'm tired of fluff, too. I don't care about annoying weather events, pets, pay-to-play specialists, pay-to-win weapons, etc. I actually like futuristic stuff, though, but it has to be implemented correctly.
At the end of the day, I just want a solid shooter with nice graphics and smooth gameplay mechanics. If you're a good marksman, you win. If not, you lose. No algorithms messing around with who wins or loses, no SBMM, no nerfing, etc.
I have a gut feeling that this is going to be microtransaction Hell.
