Here's my feedback.

I rather like the flexibility of the launch specialists with no classes. I don't see too much benefit from locking away gadgets to specific classes. But here we are.

One thing I personally don't like about the upcoming class system is the gadget lock-in. I'd prefer it if gadget X was just always equipped for Class Y, but gadget X can still be equipped by Class Z in a non-class equipment slot (ie an anything you want slot). That way each class will always have a certain thing equipped, but still allow others the flexibility (what 2042 brought to the table) to pick equipment they want to use without sacrificing gameplay style based on the specialist they like to play.

Personally, I always equip the insertion beacon. So matter the specialist. Locking it way to recon seems harsh. Sometimes I'm operating behind enemy lines with Lis to take down pesky armour, or running as Falk supporting my team doing a deep behind enemy lines control point snatch.

If the proposed class structure is basically locked in I would suggest making the SOFLAM the RECON class locked-in gadget and making the insertion beacon optional gear for all/more classes.
