Ah the good old Premium Pass, I definitely preferred it.
At least we new what to expect every 3 months and getting 4 maps etc really freshened things up didn't it.

Yeah I never understood why people were so happy when they announced that premium wouldn't be a thing anymore.
It should have been obvious for anyone that it would end up with less content beeing released.
- @BizzyVaping I think it was an agenda by the companies to move away from the paid DLC model to the 'live service' trinkets model now the new thing is the 'Free to play' model combined with trinkets (Camos and insignias)
Premium worked well with Battlefield games during their life span! Funny how BF4 & BF1 don't suffer from the 'Spilt player base' myth many people on the forums and YouTubers used to complain about, where are they now? Where's the live service brigade
Always hated that argument that the player base was spilt. One it wasn't split the premium playerbase was there and still is. Two with cross play there should never be that argument
Battlefield so-called 'Live service' was a disaster BFV never delivered the eastern front, never delivered D-day. Stupid uniforms that didn't suit the soldiers, stupid camos for vehicles, and pointless heros!
BF 2042 so far a few gun and vehicle camos, camos that were standard in BF4. 7 launch maps, and I can bet you won't get more than 4 this year. Not the heyday of Back to Karkand, Close Quarters, and more! I have never played a so-called Live service game where I thought wow that really improved my gaming experience. The live service model is just a way to turn games into online shops or better yet Battlefront casinos
