- @Donidon I’m not running any RGB software.
Only Logitech G Hub, which I explained to the Indian fellow working my case. It didn’t make a difference. Ban wasn’t overturned. - dougieee4 years agoNew Veteran
The problem is that there are far too many third party programmes running on a PC that EAC dont endorse or just arent aware of, my only bad experience is that EAC started kicking me for the RGB fusion programme that runs my gigabyte aorus pretties, i mean how could THAT programme be a problem yet EAC classed it as a game violation.
These days i literally close any and all programmes i dont need while gaming.

These programs can be used as injectors for the hacks because of their very sloppy programming. And they will be... that's how you get hacks past the anticheat.

yes, there are valorant cheats out there abusing logitech g hub and corsair rgb software.
- @frantayps So…I’m not supposed to run any peripheral software whatsoever. Nothing.
What a great system EA has implemented.
Very consumer friendly. - @llOneEyedKingll dont blame EA, blame the cheaters. They are the genesis of the problem. If people didnt cheat, there would be no need for the software to begin with. People like that always ruin it for the rest of us.
- @locked_n_cocked Nah…I can blame both.
EA is a billion-dollar company. There’s no excuse for such poor management and customer service. - schpeikodelix4 years agoSeasoned Veteran
Community asked for an anti cheat system, community got an anti cheat system.

we got so much more!
- @llOneEyedKingll I do agree...they could've done a better job. But the fact that they had to make anti-cheat software at all is a direct result of the cheaters.
Im sorry you're going through this bro. After reading this thread and doing some research , I deleted my iCue software. I have my ASUS fan controller running my fans anyway. Hope it gets resolved for you. - dougieee4 years agoNew Veteran@frantayps Garbage, EAC is laughably easy to bypass, i think the crux of the argument here is that there are genuine false bans happening and EA doesnt seem to care nor bother investigating false bans, legitimate software ccausing bans should be a cause for concern, im sorry if some of it is being abused but if you are installing software by massive companies like gigabyte with no warning by the game dev or the software company then games should just run a checklist on startup and close down ANY unnessery programmes. THAT way there would be NO false bans, if your PC is doing something it shouldnt after that point it could only be malicious.
