Re: False positive bans

They clearly rushed the game to market, who knows what state it is in. I just know they got this absolutely wrong and they aren't willing to look at the evidence. Their customer support is all based in India, so it is very difficult to get proper help. 

They literally don't care.

  • This is so annoying they aren't taking this seriously. It doesn't matter if 1 person or 10000000 people are falsely banned, we are paying customers and we should be able to get assistance in a timely fashion instead of them treating us like crap for no reason. I have never been treated this way by a company before, feels hopeless especially since the EA community managers here don't seem to respond with anything other than to tell ppl they can't help them. Such trash
