DICE Team@EA_Atic as i checked yesterday, the first link actually showed me also a different language, but only for the "Open Beta" window in the center.
If i check now, both links show everything in english. Maybe page was a bit buggy.

And I thought it was because EA finally made an effort to cater to the huge Arab-speaking population of players based in the USA??? 😀
Would have been made weird tho, as there was only the "Open Beta" text in the center showing in different language. 👿
