Re: Friend From Foe Problem Is Deeply Concerning...

@mesterKGI'm not following the lore as I have no interest in it, so my idea stands, each faction should have a unique looking equivalent to every specialist and I'm not talking camo.

    I remember back in BF3\4 that not only did the enemy look different, the weapons were as well- I got use to telling friend from foe just by the sound of the weapons used.

    @CPU_UK Except weapons were not faction locked in BF3/4 so the sound wouldn't be an indication of which faction they were. In BF3 only the starter weapon was faction locked until you got 100 kills with it and then it was open to all factions.

    @ragnarok013 For some strange reason, BF3 weapons were indeed faction locked but till lvl 10.

    Although it rains to be seen, BF2042 will be the second game without 3D spotting and there are already concerns about enemy visibility/recognition.

    Just saying.......

    I have seen some screen shots where they have been trying to give unique looks, it looks like it could turn out great:
