This is one of the biggest issues with the game that needs to be implemented with Urgency. 

It is absolutely destroying the Breakthrough mode experience. 

If DICE look into their analytics on the win rate of attackers for Breakthrough, and the points, they will see the astronomical odds of being able to take the roof top points. 

Just today in 1 game on Hourglass. Between the 2 roof tops, they had a Tank, an AA tank, an m58 and 2 hovercrafts.

Absolutely ridiculous.

All they do is keep the tank and hovercrafts aimed at the elevators, and the AA tank supressing any heli's that come close. 

Its got to the point, if we make it to that flag we just leave game. its not even worth fighting.
