Having problems with playing more than one of the game modes. This game is riddled with issues and everyone should be offered a chance for a refund.

SONY REFUSED MY REFUND!
I reached out to EA Support...REFUSED MY REFUND!
So how is this going to get resolved?

@EA_Barry the bug reports just pile up there with little to no feedback or even a simple acknowledgement from EA or DICE

Yeah I personally gave up trying to refund. Preordered from Best buy the digital gold edition. Best buy does not refund for digital purchases and I couldn't find the place on EA for refund. Microsoft/Xbox sites didn't work. Amazing the runaround required to receive a refund on a faulty product. this game is the definition of a manufacturer defect!
I've got less than 1 hour played during the early access for $100. Next time I will just make sure I'm a more educated consumer

the worst part is that I have 1 hour in-game, but probably 10 hours here in this forum trying to give constructive feedback but being completely ignored by anyone that could help!

Yeah, somehow the gaming industry has found a way to remain in a business loophole that no other industry would be allowed to be. If they were a defibrillator making company, this level of defect wouldn't leave the testing phase let alone enter production or be released for customer use.

It so happens to be the tech business that I am in!
Many heads would be rolling pretty quick and zero mercy for such lazy amateurish and embarrassing design, coding and total lack of integrity and quality!

You offer refunds to people who haven’t played the game. But the people who actually gave it a chance by playing it for longer than two hours, are out of luck. What kind of refund policy is that? How would anyone know if they like or dislike a game having only spent two hours playing it. Make an exception for this as you released a game that was nowhere ready to be released. Graphics are equal to ps3. Is the standard of 2021 from AAA titles to release 40% of a broken game and “attempt to fix in 3-6 months”?

I hate to say it, but they gave a free open beta. if you couldnt see how bad this game was during that beta then i dunno what to tell you.
Let this be a leason that cost you 60$
stop buying garbage, it will force them to make better games.

Horrible policy I know. Lol @ we offer refunds.Ive grown to dislike this company quite a lot. Should have washed my hands with them when that make-up clad fella was justifying V by saying he didnt want to be a parent and explain to his daughter why she couldnt play as herself in a war game.

That is what the 10-hour trial was for. If it is anyone's fault it is yours for not taking advantage of that.

Some ppl who dont like the game should get a refund, ppl who have topspec comps who even cant get the miserable game to work should get refund an even get paid bonus for their sacrifice and trust for being lured into this crap!

- Kexlar4 years agoRising Hotshot@EdwinSpangler True, the only way players will get " Proper " refunds is if EA/DICE do what CD Projekt Red did when they refunded Cyberpunk 2077, and inform Microsoft and Sony to start issuing refunds to those that want to refund the game, no matter the play time.
But we all know that will never happen.
