It's par for the course with these forums. Ten people repeating the same things isn't doing anything
I looked thru some of them, if I find a phone number or a name cool. But I aint gonna hold my breath.
I will likely pull a chargeback if it's not resolved in a timely manner.

Hey man, just trying to help. That thread has people asking the same questions you have. If there are answers to be had beyond working with CS like you have then they are bound to be in there.
