You will be allowed to stream and post gameplay from any activity not restricted by any NDA you may have signed with EA !
Not sure on the dates and sequence that you write about though in your text above, as not sure you will actually have 7 days of early access after the beta and before the game officially releases. Have not seen EA confirm specific dates yet on this. But you will definitely be allowed to stream/post from the early beta access, the open beta and any access you get thereafter through your BF2042 license. (aka pre-order standard, gold or ultimate editions)
