@RanzigeRidder2 Not having him disable systems anymore does feel like a strange choice. I wonder if changing it so he causes damage instead is an attempt to get people to pick him more?

- @ElliotLH It probably is. I would not be surprised if it will be an insignificant amount of damage that's being dealt.
Oh and the EMP grenades and Caspar's drone EMP will also get adjusted to match the new behaviour of Rao's hacking. Not sure what that means but if it means it also will no longer disable weapons systems the EMP grenade will be rendered completely useless. - @RanzigeRidder2 Yes, that would render the EMP grenade useless. How strange.
I also think you're likely correct that any damage will be minimal. Doing a load of damage would likely make a change likr this pretty op.
