If we take into account the mechanics of the behavior of active missiles from BF4, then when the missile captures the target, the buzzer starts to squeak. The pilot has 0.5-1 sec to reset the traps at the start of the alert. In BF2042, this does not work, if the buzzer squeaks and you throw out traps, then 100% rocket will do damage. I even tried dropping the traps before the rocket fired, then the buzzer beeps, but the rocket still aims and does damage. I will try to make a video for proof and attach to this thread.
