Re: Limit people to 1 server per profile!

To be both practical and reasonable, think though we need allowance to create maybe a handful of servers of our own.

Just 1 server per profile is definitely too little, as it means that we will have to go back in again to delete/edit every time we may want to try and play something else of our own design in the Portal.

It should allow us to have a small core selection of favorite creations that we have made and keep them in our onw local library to choose from as/when we want.

I think your idea of limiting 1 server per profile is based on the idea that the creator of each Experience will be playing just that creation.  Everyone else playing in that session will be at their mercy at that point if they decide they want to move on and upload something else.  They would need to boot everyone out and close their previous Experience before doing that.  This would be very disruptive for other players.

@Kean_1111 indeed, I only use portal right now because for some reason solo mode doesn't include large conquest maps, due to the fact I am relatively new to online FPS titles and I like practicing.
  • Shut down servers that only have 1 person in them (the host) after 10 minutes. That would free up server space.

I have 3 Experiences. Only 1 has had anyone else join and there is only 1 running at anyone time.

  • I made a server then reseted it a few times to figure out the settings i wanted and when i finally made something I though i wanted people started to log in in mass... now i cant delete my server and make a different less hard to run one...

....and again there is a problem because that will then eliminate the ability for those that want to create and play Experiences solo which isn't fair to them.  Punishing legitimate players isn't the answer IMO.

Portal is online-only.  They need to leverage that to see who is leveling up unfairly which they already have the ability to monitor. Maybe look at ways to throttle that, etc.
