Instead of restricting Lis from using M5, FXAA, or the Javelin, why not just do what they did with Assault and the Med Pen, and only give her one? Then you make it a shared cooldown with her G84. To me, that just made too much sense. Come on EA/DICE, this is not like trying to figure out how to shoot down a Chinese Spy Balloon. This is the correct path to make Lis more useful than a long range Engineer.
