I tank quite a bit, and it really depends on whether the enemy has 3+ Lis coming after me. If it's only 2, I can usually repair, move around, etc. and stay alive. Sometimes though I just have to laugh when there's literally a never ending stream of them coming at me.
Yeah 1-3 Lis`s are somewhat possible to handle ( imagine the rockets are more powerfull as this thread is demanding) - but then there are matches with 10+ Lis Players.
Its fun to dogde the rockets in an air vehicle but ground based vehicles have no chance against the overwhelming waves of rockets.
Another specialist tool that can only be balanced by nerfing it to the ground. The rockets it self are not OP but the fact that there can be 10+players with this rocket makes it OP.
I would say it needs to do less damage vs tanks while having more fuel to improve its usage vs aircraft.
Also her mastery is stupid, I cannot even get past mastery level 1
PS: for a good measure, the TV guided missiles should also have their own settings in general cause the click boost is good for vehicles but not the missile

I think it is fine as is. Making it weaker against tanks would make it pointless
