    @darkelement48 I did this and then i put the code in origin. I also activated the extra content successfully like it is shown in the png but in game i got nothing

    You might try tech support for Origin if that doesn't work try EA or Logitech then, maybe your account isn't linked correctly with BF handle or something I'm not sure as I don't play on PC/origin but I'm sure someone could get this sorted. Good luck.

    Somehow the skin for the MCS-880 disappeared, but the skin for the PBX-45 suddenly appeared. Does anyone know what could be the reason and how I can get the other skin back?

    I have feeling that EA have the power to put any skin in that matter, into your inventory*.

    And pretty sure that Logitech G support has infinite game codes, so you could always ask them for another one.. personally I received extra codes only because support guy wasn't sure where to redeem them and thought something was broken.

    I've contacted the support many times and they say a manual activation like in BFV is not possible.

    The thing is, I had the skin for the MCS-880 without the code being in the system in Origin. Now it has disappeared and the support says that they only see the one for the PBX-45, which is valid now.

    I contacted Logitech again and asked for a new code, but I don't know what the chances are because the campaign was a long time ago.

    I'll wait for Logitech's reply. But it's a bug from Origin that the code isn't in the system.

    The Screenshot only shows the Promo Offer 2 and not the one for the MCS-880 :{

    Just spent over an hour with Logitech tech support. Still waiting on the code, at least I made it to level 2 support.

    @Rafterman1999 Interesting 🤔, I mean if you said that you got both Headset and Keyboard, then you should be having a EBAA Wildcat skin and G-series card combo bonus stuffs as well.

    It sounds more like a Origin issue/error to me, btw are you live chatting or emailing supports? you should try live chat with both Logitech G and EA support.

    Same with you @sk1lld, it shouldn't take more than a 5 minutes to get them codes, just try live chat with Logitech G. 👍

    Spent over an hour with web tech support "Live chat" and 10 mins with phone support, was told it would be 24 to 48 hours before I would get the code?

  • @Dedzigs I've been writing to Logitech Support for 2 days. At the moment I have no information whether you can still get the codes.

    I found something strange. I re-entered the code for the MCS-880 in Origin. Then, of course, it said that it had already been redeemed, but also that it was Promo Offer 2 and not 1. But that can't be at all, because I had the MCS-880 skin for a while.

    Waited the 48 hours and when no one contacted me from Logitech I contacted them myself. Was told the ticket is escalated and I would know in another 24 to 48 hours. lol

  • @sk1lld I don't get an answer either and even linked this post to support. I will wait until next week, otherwise I will give up.
