It is a bug we reported already in the beta testing and still not fixed.

Also @Corbo21 ,

We should be able to remap the console controller button mapping, to place this command exactly where we want it to be (aka I prefer the L1 as we had by default in BF4) but due to this bug it wont work as it should...
