Multikill requires 3 or more kills with explosives. 2 isn't enough. Apologies if that was already known.

I wasn't 100% sure about that, but thought that was the case. I've gotten 3 with at least the R-5 and C-5, not 100% sure about the others.
If you cant get this in normal gameplay, i suspect you are 'camping' and need to change your gameplay.
I got this easily without even trying.

I have 2 of the 3 needed. I blew up a tank that had 2 people in it with the explosive tip crossbow and it didn't count. Thought I was finally done with this mission, but noooooo. LOL
Multi-kill requires 3 players killed in a very short amount of time. C5 is probably the most reliable option but under barrels work pretty good too.
- @Nightflyer735 4 kills in one scatter nade. Ez multikills.
Easiest way is to go on tank superiority and shoot some tanks with an engineer javelin. I did this mission in 5 minutes
- @Chief2GFD 3=multikill in 2042, makes 0 sense but thats what it is.
Scatter grenades, BT Exposure, 2nd sector middle hallway. First 3 grenades thrown = completed mission.
I think people are making this out to be harder than it really is, I got it in under an hour just playing normally running Angel and shooting down helis with the stinger.
Transport helis are just big fat juicy multi-kill targets.

I thought it was three also but my last multi kill was a chopper with two.
- @LlamaWithKatana good point, I wonder if you can get credit for multiple missions of the same type?
So if a previous week had a similar mission, would you get 1 for 1 credit there and 1 for 3 credit for the same multi-kill for this week's? Best way to complete this. Target MAV. Use Sundance. Spot your target, fly in, EMP, C5 Profit.

Stealth heli bombs on breakthrough = easy.
also, games have different definitions of multi kill. Pretty sure some games define it as 5 kills in a short amount of time.
Thanks, Tank Superiority worked for me. Had 2/3, couldn't get the third. I think I got 6 dots trying to get it. This was much easier. 🙂

That's how I got all 3 of mine in one round yesterday. Assuming you are a decent enough pilot (I'm mediocre, but don't crash lol) was able to pick them up fairly quickly.
@CPT_GASLIGHTI only got credit when 3 or more died in one attack. i.e. C5 on a MAV when 3 or more were in it.
I have seen 3 kills with 1 bullet. But it wasnt during the challenge

So you can achive multi kills with you gun, or even the shield, or a mix. This challenge explicitly asked you to do it with explosions.
