I'm afraid there might be maybe two people working on this title, everyone else moved on to the next battlefield and we are getting only maintenance now. I doubt this will happen.

Hi, maybe there was a misunderstanding, I don't mean to ask the developers to add new settings, I meant to ask anyone here to help me create these rules in the rules editor because I don't know how to use it.
For weather there is a setting in the editor for on off but as far as I can tell it really doesn't do anything "Or is random". I don't know about the bullets though.
