You'd turn Ai Overclock Tuner to Auto to disable DOCP memory overclocking. Take a picture with your phone before changing anything so you remember what everything was set at.

You da man dude, so far so good.
I believe that fixed it.
Glad to hear it! Try it out for a couple of days and see if the crashing stops. If it does, then you can try upgrading or downgrading the motherboard BIOS until you find a BIOS version that's more stable with DOCP memory overclocking.
Eventually your want to turn DOCP memory overclocking back on, because you're losing around 25% CPU performance with it turned off.
Make sure you feel comfortable with the BIOS upgrade procedure before trying it. BIOS upgrades can result in a bricked motherboard if you flash the wrong BIOS file for your motherboard's make/model or if the PC loses power during the flashing process.
If Bitlocker hard drive encrytion is enabled in Windows, you'll need to suspend it before upgrading the motherboard's BIOS.
You have other options besides upgrading the motherboard BIOS. Such as trying different DOCP memory overclock settings. Usually there's more than one setting you can select under Ai Overclock Tuner.
It's not guaranteed that upgrading or downgrading the motherboard BIOS will fix the memory overclock crashes, but there's a good chance it will. Memory compatibility and performance tuning are included with BIOS updates. That being said, the memory sticks themselves also play a roll in overclock stability. Whether or not the memory installed is listed in the motherboard's QVL list also plays a roll in memory overclock stability.
