Unfortunately I found myself many times having to use a launcher/specialists to take down vehicles while trying to play the objective. This kind of took away from the experience as I really had to prioritize all of enemy vehicles as my AI teammates didn’t. Many times 3 launcher shots and a grenade didn’t take out the vehicle. I didn’t use really anything else but it’s tough when there’s so many vehicles and it’s not really taking them down with a load out and in a single life.
This is expected, you generally don't need to depend on fighting alongside AI to destroy vehicles.
- Perhaps buff the launchers, limit enemy bot use of vehicles, lower vehicle health, or have friendly bots try to take them out more.2) Ribbons: It seems like these are disabled in bot/beginner matches. Due to the current player count, please allow these to be earned in these matches.
Correct, there are no ribbon gains to be had in solo/co-op mode or versus bot matches on Portal. It has long been requested to re-enable, but they haven't.
3) Portal: Same deal, allow for bots or allow some xp. Bots seem like they’re possible but a few matches they weren’t loading up? I get these can be farmed but with the player count being a bit low, it may even encourage players to stick around. I’m still learning this mode.See Answer to Number 2
4) Hazard zone: I was really excited to check out this game mode but I couldn’t get a match for the entire weekend. I’m a bit concerned as there are trophies/achievements tied to this specific game mode but lobbies aren’t filling and launching. I don’t think the 25 extractions could be possible in the current state.
Hazard Zone has been End-of-Life since launch a year ago. It never gained any popularity and the development ended on the mode some months ago. Don't bother.
5) Bots: Many times they’d capture a point with me but didn’t seem to attack/defend they next one, as soon as I’d leave one to capture another, we’d instantly start losing the recently captured one. I used the attack feature (ping) and would leaving it on one objective for long periods of time in hopes my squad could attack/defend while I went for the other but it didn’t really work?The Bots aren't great in the game, never know how they are going to behave or what they will get stuck on
- Perhaps have bots in your squad follow that command more.
6) XP: I get the limited XP for full bot matches but again I think it can be increased for when sever counts and player counts are low. DBD does something when there’s a shortage of players, they give a bonus to XP/blood points based on you filling up the lobbies.-Perhaps put a system in place where if the total player count in game is low, maybe give an XP bonus.
-Perhaps give a substantial XP bonus to the Battlepass only if you can’t tweak above, that could keep players engaged more if they aren't really trophy/achievement/grinding/etc.Same with Answer #2, it was abused in the first couple weeks, it was nerfed into the ground and never really revisted.
7) Modes: Please create a CQB/CQC for close quarters such as team death with smaller/limited portions of a map. Pushing this into a featured mode would help those who use want to not play objective and provide faster combat, something a bit more easy to jump into and not focus on objective only gameplay/gamemodes.
The Featured Portal modes occasionally have a TDM/etc setup but it's a couple at a time, otherwise you have to find hosted experiences in Portal.
Overall I did have a blast with the bots and I like how progression is granted for some aspects but until the player count rises substantially, I think adjustments can be made in the interim. I’m not trying to be negative or toxic calling out the player count, only trying to help my feedback points. Apologies if I misstated or missed anything as I’m brand new to the game and I’m still learning. I really like how it looks and feels, great job on the level design and the depth of everything like specialists and gadgets!

Also, do you have cross-play turned on/what platform are you playing on (previous gen console, current gen console, pc?). If you don't have Crossplay turned on you're never going to find matches.
