Re: New Reclaimed Map feedback

Reclaimed is the worst map in BF2042. It might be the worst BF map ever made. There are no objectives that are interesting (except maybe D). The map is so small that you can't even flank around objectives, and everyone is basically just stuck fighting in the center like it's Metro. Stationary AA in the center of the map coupled with multiple wildcats and AA guns on jeeps make it impossible to even use aircraft for longer than a minute. It's a boring meatgrinder made for the COD kiddos that never played outside of Metro/Locker servers.

I would have preferred they just remade Zavod 311. This map is just a worse version of Zavod.

I'll stick to 128p maps.

    @Anarchiesx This. Exactly. They couldve copied Zavod but maybe expanded on its original design? Reclaimed feels it has zero to do with 2042 ( i mean graffiti textures are cool). It just feels like a 'set'. I dunno. But Dice really lack imagination...

    @Anarchiesx Sounds like Spearhead. Which suffers from the same problems. Boring meatgrinder, cant flank.

    DICE needs to make Battlefield maps again.

    This is the main problem. The out-of-bounds is too close to the building in the center of the map.

    I have played this map on breakthrough mode for at least 3/4 hours a day since release.

    The trenches should be a little bit deeper getting to the first capture points as you usually get popped off quite fast, you need to go in hard and fast to take the points.

    But have been flanked frequently when the opposing team slide into the outta bound zone for kills.
