I am honestly a fan of it.

If it stays mobile enough it provides the team with an even better spawn point than the MAV does.

depending on the loadout, it can contribute to  annoying nearby helicopters

It has that explosive resistance trait that seems to be able to make it  survive 3 C5 on it if it has full health.
