No way the next battlefield will be able compete with GTA in 2025, the next BF would have to be polished like a diamond on release otherwise it will just flop with sales.
Season 14 it would be nice to get ongoing maps and content but i still feel this year will be the last for content maps etc etc

The player count is already low, so if they don't at least keep live service going thru next spring, they might as well not even release another title. No one is going to come back to this title. Unfortunately, they think players will just flock back blindly, but not this time.
Hopefully this will give them time to make the next game good, with all the legacy options this title lacks. Makes you wonder how long they will support this game.
How disappointing. We used to get a new Battlefield game every year or two. Now we're waiting 4 years between games!

With that long of a gap, they need to give us a Server Browser in AOW and a Map/Level Editor in Portal so we can make our own maps.
