And I forgot to mention earlier, the US heavy vehicles spawn in the right side of B area, behind the warehouse.  I've lost count of the number of times I get wiped out as I spawn (after the game has started of course), because either a Bolte has left mines, or an engineer.  It's a bad design, having US vehicles spawn in an area where the enemy has access; this area ideally needs to be out of bounds to the Russians, and there should be more than one way out, as the entrance usually gets heavily mined as well.
