It's not that, its many have complained in previous titles that there is not enough content. I remember when the Phantom Assignments were put out in BF4 and it really kicked the life back into BF4 and held it for quite some time and encouraged people to get the expansion packs. To many, finding shortcuts just undermine the extra content and make it worthless and no longer rewarding after legitimately unlocking them.
