I haven't really had any problem with meeting the amount of players needed to start a game. I have no clue what the other modes outside of Conquest are like with player counts, but I've noticed that the mass majority of the game's players are in 128-Player Conquest. Also I believe the game's servers are going off of regions which could explain why the amount of active players for me drops dramatically late at night while being perfectly fine any other time of the day.
I don't see them paying for a thousand servers with just one player in each out of the kindness of their heart. I'm not having the issues but play in NA servers on west coast. I don't have an answer for you sorry.
I understand both comments, but they don't really address what I'm asking for in the late / end stage of the games' life.
With all the messing about they have done with this game it has pushed so many players out, and the base is shrinking rapidly, so, with this in mind I will repeat my original point, just open the game up fully, 🇸🇹🇴🇵 🇼🇮🇹🇭 🇹🇭🇪 🇷🇪🇸🇹🇷🇮🇨🇹🇪🇩 🇽🇵 and let people play it how they want.
Let the games, whichever mode or map you play just start with one player if necessary and fill the rest with AI, then when other players do join just remove the AI.
In essence, let people have fun without silly restrictions and barriers.
I admit I missed the second part of your post; I'm not opposed to opening the XP.
Yeah I agree. Just let us play and let everyone get XP. I mean with no new content who cares?
