I'm pretty sure I've seen high kills as one of the "outstanding performances" in the end-of-round screen.

The scoreboard shows your individual kills in two places - in the top right and as the first column on the left side where it shows relative squad performances.

As for tolerance, I don't think the word means what you think it means. You might as well have entitled the thread "tell us you watch Newsmax without telling us you watch Newsmax."

It's a team- and squad-based game. It makes sense to highlight team- and squad-centric performances.
