We are not allowed to name of shame anyone in the forums.
If someone is nasty to you ingame, you need to use the ingame report feature. There is a specific option for reporting chat activity there.
go to the scoreboard/squad menu select the name and click report

Sorry but thats a silly rule...
Like i wrote, I have reported plenty times ingame yet i still see this player ingame and continue to be toxic.
You can delete this thread then, I have zero faith in the team anymore..enabling and allowing cyber bullying smh
