Ok, so for the teir 1 counter, i saw on another thread playing on portal can fix it. I played 1 game of featured rush on portal. No change after that. BUT i then played a game of all out warfare breakthrough and it was fixed (all points accounted for minus 40 from premium).
Purely anctedotal (spelling?) But worth a try if you are missing points
(Previously i only played bt other than random rush weekly requirements and i was over 80 pts behind)
I think premium gives you 4 levels skips basically and they dont count towards T1 (and imo yhey shouldn't)
If you only play portal and are short. Maybe try a game of all out warfare and go back to portal
@Psubond um, ok... so. I tried your suggestion and it did seem to work at first. After the first portal game progression was unstuck and it granted two dots of battle pass XP. So now things start to get weird.
I switched back to do normal AoW games and at the end of the first match my progression bar pops up and I'm missing the two dots I just received in Portal minus one more. So I gained two dots to fix it just to turn around and lose three. SNAFU can't even begin to describe this...
I tried another game of AoW and this time it granted me one dot of the three that it took away in the previous match, not all three just one. From this point out I gained and lost XP in AoW randomly until I completed all the XP needed for level 97. At that point I said screw it and used the rest of my earned Boins to buy my last 3 levels to reach 100 before it started going in reverse on me again.
So that's where I'm currently at with it. I have all the unlocks to 100 now but my Season 1 Badge is still stuck at 866 points and has been there for a very long time without progression. I doubt I'll get the badge completed before the end of the season if they don't get this all sorted out sooner than later.

Yeah, I can't find anything about free levels. I see the free loot (which was to the left of Level 1), but not free levels. I had the gold edition, but I started at Level 0, and when I hit Level 1, I got 5 items, not 4 free levels. Like I didn't start at Level 4 with 8 items and go from 4 to 5.
I am 45 tokens off right now. From the Bug Report, there was a backend issue in the first two weeks and it has been off ever since. I doubt they fix it by the end of the season as it has already been 4-5 weeks.

The requirement started as 25,500 but changed to 26K once it was complete.
@CountSero Are these four free Premium rewards what you are referring to? Do these show up as levels 1-4 on your version?
@Adamonic I didn't get the 4 thru Lis on the Ultimate edition either. If I remember correctly, I had a few rounds of gameplay before unlocking Lis.

I have the Ultimate Edition as well. In my previous post I wrote that I had Premium because that's what I saw in the top right of my screen shot right before I posted it "Premium Active" but after reading your post I realized I did buy the Ultimate Edition. I checked my purchase on Origin and it does in fact show as Ultimate there. So is this another error in the code? Shouldn't it show as "Ultimate Active" and not "Premium Active". Looks to be +1 more bug. (see photos)
@EA_Leeuw can you take a look and add this to the info on the thread you combined regarding no progression HERE . It may be related to the progression errors and lost points.

but nothing about "free levels", so I still don't know where that came from. To me it always was 4 "unlocked" items unrelated to the 100 levels of the Battle Pass.
I feel cheated on the BP that I paid for. I don't even get 100 paid levels as 30 levels are free. So we paid full price for 70 unique items, while someone who didn't pay for the pass got 30.
They should've had 30 Premium items where the free items were like COD does. They really ripped us off there. I think they would've done in that way before they broke Season 1 into 4 seasons worth of content. Not enough to fill 100 + 30 slots per season.

Do you mean that the UI shows 0/0 XP? This has been posted in that thread already by another player as well, it's included in the info that has been passed on to the teams. Not sure if they're related.
maybe i misunderstood, i thought i remembered lis being unlocked when i started playing but now i'm second guessing myself. perhaps i imagined it. i thought i tried her out the first time i played after season 1 release which means she would have had to be unlocked. maybe i just kinda assumed cause i was missing 40 points exactly and lis unlocks at level 4 that we got 4 skips.
the battle pass showed up immediately as purchased for me and this was in the patch notes: "Year 1 Pass owners who have purchased either the Battlefield 2042 Gold or Ultimate Editions, or who are members of EA Play Pro*, will automatically get access to the new Specialist each season as well as the Premium Battle Pass."
