The Battlepass does not transfer between platforms. EA hasn't said why or made any comments about it.

i don't know if i remember right or if someone else made this statement but I thought that in game purchases like season pass are bound to the platform which is connected to and will not be transferred
and if I’m correct only the skins\weapons etc. will transfers (if you unlock them)
CoD Battlepass is cross platform. Just say'n.
