I would suspect that you need the game redeemed through Origin for it to also recognize your entitlement to download, install, and participate in the Open Beta.

@carsono311 Thank you for responding, I'm gonna reach out to Nuuvem but I'm still hoping someone here actually did something similar and found out the answer.
UPDATE: Nuuvem reached out and said "all pre-order bonuses announced on the page are guaranteed", "You will be able to activate the game when: the early access open beta starts".
