I'm betting that those of us who didn't receive the Hero tag reward are going to miss out on this one. 

Another problem with receiving the reward (6/6, 12/12).

Completed all 18/18 tasks, but the reward was not given.

How this infuriates me.

I also got the final 3 rewards yesterday and it only unlocked me the Redux Champion tag, even though I have all 18 rewards unlocked.

Very, very disappointing and I'm afraid that I have to agree with @ElliotLH we probably won't get the Legend tag. Btw, I got the Hero tag with the first reward of the fifth week. Can someone recall all 3rd rewards of Redux? I'd like to re-check whether I (still) have them.

Unlock requirement:

18/18 rewards earned during Redux

In case the secret reward doesn't unlock:

If you just got your last ribbon to unlock the 18th out of the 18 needed rewards but the Tag doesn't pop, in case you only played other modes or even just Solo/Coop so far then try to play and finish one match of the event game mode from the main menu that came with the current week of Redux!

^^ That's what was necessary for me to trigger it.

(this is no guarantee it will be fixed that way since it can be bugged for some people in general)

Thanks a lot, @ElliotLH and @Its_Travis_199 much appreciated. Re-checked and found that I have all 3rd rewards so it's definitely a bug. 

I play the event day after day, but getting the reward still doesn’t work. Bug ☹️

  I got the final third 'Secret' Redux award today - I did not play this weeks 'special' event at all.....??

(I did play the previous weeks 'special' events though)

I'm having the same issue finished the 60/60 ribbons and even did another 70 on top, in coop, breakthrough and shutdown but the Redux Legend hasn't unlocked ☹️.

Would love it if EA support would help us, wrote them an email as well.

During the 6 weeks of REDUX, I and other players had a problem with receiving rewards for completing tasks (6/6, 12/12, 18/18).
During this time, the problem was raised on the forum, but none of the developers or technical specialists were able to help or respond in time.
These six weeks of the event passed, and I still did not receive the reward (Legend), although I fulfilled all the conditions.
The other day I wrote to EA Help, where they requested all the necessary information. They said that the problem had been fixed, but that it needed to be raised on the forum so that they would pay attention to it.

I started having problems getting my first achievement. I contacted the support service (previously) and provided all the necessary data.
I'm sure this is a bug. I have fulfilled the condition and would like to receive a well-deserved reward.

Imo it could be fixed easily so I'm really curious whether we'll get what we've worked for but tbh I'm afraid that DICE is too busy with inventing new restrictions so I doubt they'll take care for our issue.

This is something incredible: common sense has won!
I entered the game today, completed the match and at the end they gave me the long-awaited reward.
They did it! Apparently, they collected enough information from the players and figured out how to distribute the reward to those who did not receive it (due to technical reasons of the game).
I'm happy  :-)
