Re: render resolution in-game option

No but when you start playing with rendering the same thing can happen.

    I like using Nvidia's Image Sharpening upscaling or AMD's Radeon Super Resolution upscaling. I find they produce superior image quality to the in-game scaler in Battlefield 1.

    DLSS is currently the best scaling method because DICE hasn't added FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.0 yet.

    I don't think you understand what Render Resolution is on a PC. So let's say you run 1080p as the normal resolution on your monitor. You want the game to render at let's say 85% of that, or 1632x918. You can use that to boost frame rate as your graphics card isn't pushing the entire 1920x1080. It has nothing what so ever to do with opacity of objects. In other words, you can't use render resolution to make stuff disappear on the screen.

    @Echo6Echo I know know that’s what you’re talking about. What I was saying that there’s an actual feature you can toggle to speed up your system. It cause foliage and grass to not render making someone behind those items visible.
