While they're at it, remove sliding too. 

I've always thought there should be a slower ads after jumping, sliding and yes, running. 

If you are running up on someone that is walking, they should have a slight advantage over you. Now it's gotten so ridiculous that you can sprint, slide, jump and shoot someone with zero penalty and the poor guy is in the kill cam trying to figure out what the heck just happened.

Totally agree they need to tone down the accuracy, imho it is totally ridiculous / unrealistic that these moves are happening without penalty.
