I'm ok with the attack chopper in BT, the problem is defender usually have no attack chopper to spawn.
Back in BFV, most of the map on Breakthrough, the attacker and defender have same amount of attack air vehicles. This makes it much balance than 2042 BT. Since we know that air superiority is a major factor to win a modern warfare, and unlike ground vehicles, there is no place to hide in the sky, I think same amount of the attack air vehicles is important.
And yes I also prefer the old layout for Exposure breakthrough. New one is boring, too one-sided.

Fortunately, BT has become a lot better since the removal of trash heli spam.
I was looking forward to railguning helicopters all day in BT though...
I also strongly object in butchering all of BT to lack a type of vehicle in all maps. Infantry only Stranded is one thing, no helis on all the other maps is another.
We now have all the tools we need to strike back at helicopters with the railguns.
My favorite anti air kit now is Liz with Soflam and railgun.
This why I laser designate helis for my team, when they use their flares I switch to chiping at their health with the railgun and when the time is right, I finish them off with the TV missile.
BT is a derivative of the large scale Operations mode from BF1, it should not be diminished mode
