I believe there is SBMM present in game but have no proof that it exists. I really don't believe EA/DICE have the technology to pull it off properly. Adding to players frustration.

@sk1lld I think you are right.

Just got an idea though:

Out in the long list of which players are on each team, what if there was an option on each player called “Suggest squad”?

Then the recipient can select “Accept” or “Decline”.

If recipient selects “Accept”, he’s moved into the squad of the person asking to squad.

Of course there would still be a need to remove someone from your squad. Otherwise it just autofills with random players.
