Short story, i come from work home, wants to sit back and enjoy some games with mates. It just gets harder and harder to accept the facts of utter pointless/unneeded stuff happening. Oh and you can't have more than 3 buds in game cause party design simply makes sure to have most complicated joining experience ever in darn history of gaming industry. Dice, bird still flips btw. Simply, game doesn't want me to play and that meter is gaining to peak point already.
EDIT: And to spice stuff even more up, game crashes with no errors and also that dx error occurs randomly.
Thanks.
i'm in the same boat. design decisions that completely change the game that i bought as well as how DICE interacts with us (better to say, they don't give us any info or even give any indication that they are doing anything about bugs/balance issues) killed my desire to play. i log in here and there to do some weeklies but only enough to get the 10 point one done. i have found if you let the missions pile up you can get a few done at once (like DMR kills, revives...stuff like that)
then there's the swapping around game modes. if i want to play i want to know that what i want to play will be there when i boot up the xbox. having to depend on the whims of dice in regards to what i get to play sucks. i used to play 3-4 hours a day. now i play maybe an hour a week. that'll stop when i T1 the season (two more weeks). unless something big changes i'm not playing season 5.
at this point (especially with the game modes) it feels like dice is intentionally messing with us. screwing around with changing game modes and such IS NOT FUN it is annoying and they are trying to play some weird psychological game with our minds.
