Not having looked up any cheats in ages I have to take your word for it.
It's because of counter strike.
Na, I mean we can't really say what streamers do while live is off. But best way to learn recoil is to shoot a wall and learn from it and then start practicing and warming up. That's what I would do.
If you have no recoil control, you really wouldn't survive. That's why it would look 0 on the fly cause of tons of practice and good muscle memory.
But I won't deny if some have script/macro which imo is unlikely.
