And your response in the bug report when they ask "How can we find the bug ourselves and you say "Play the Game". Lol...I'm not sure they do

Yeah, there was no other way for me to tell them how to experience this. Just play the game lol. I have offered up my time to help them troubleshoot problems. I have left all the graphs and logs up on my screen to better understand what is going on to see if it is something on my end, but when every other game runs fine, then we can sort of narrow down where the issues are.
I have sent and uploaded videos, a bazillion screenshots, and like you said, crickets. Yet, one of their buddies, who happens to be an EA Content Creator (go figure right), asks them a question, they immediately respond.
@sk1lldYeah what will happen when we get introduced to the "Battlefield Universe" that's been talked about for the future? I don't think I'm the first to say Uh-Oh.
