@Natilla4RealThe NTW-50 is basically useless for sniping infantry, yes. The 1shot range is ~120 meters so the only way to use it is close range, non-HP ammo only as HP can't 1shot anymore after an uncalled for patch. I have used it pre-patch enough to T1 it but it was not an enjoyable experience for me, and I doubt it was an enjoyable experience for the people I killed either.
I'm completely in favor of its anti-infantry role being minimized in exchange for making it a proper, balanced anti-vehicle weapon. Helicopters tend to be far away a lot of the time, so it's not like it stops being a sniper rifle.

Yeah probably one of the best ideas in a long time. Can finally put those babies in the air vehicles to bed.

@D-Man3847It was particularly strong at launch, being able to 2shot helicopters and 4shot tanks, but it was too overpowered in that state and got nerfed.
