I have the excact same issue. pre-purchased the ultimate edition which says that battle pass and premium is included. but my premium says "inactive", so I cant get my rewards

I have the same problem. After the last update to S5 I lost my Premium status, whats going on. Do I have to rebuy it. I preorder the ultimate edition. Can someone please tell us whats going on.  

BP is only 1 year ! Season 1 till 4
BP is now reset , for year 2 , SEASON 5 ect ect

Need to purchase BP again or earn it in game !!!

As explained previously, if you own Battlefield 2042 Ultimate Edition or the Year 1 Pass, it only includes the first 4 seasons. Season 5 and onwards need to be bought separately, or you need to upgrade your edition.

Hi but there wasn't any content with the 1st year pass a gun here and there, the game was broke for a year nearly.

Fixing broke maps is not new content? I will never pay anymore money to this game after what we put up with and stuck with through all the bad times, aim assist is still broke on my account or have it got the call of duty woke algorithms to make everyone the same player I quit cod after 2019 sbmm I'm not supporting it in any game. Now you want more money as the game just about becomes playable wrong dude bros no chance.
