what causes that is when you unlock an attachment then equip it on the end round screen showing you unlocked it. it doesnt actually equip, and now your loadout is bugged. just manually go into your loadout/weapons and attach things the long way. ever since i found that out its never bugged.

    This may cause it, but it's not the main reason for the bug.  I never, ever, equip anything from the end of round screen, and I get the loadout bug at least 5 times a day.   Since I've stopped with the matchmaking in between rounds, it's not happened yet.  We'll see tomorrow with some more reps.

    @GovntTookMyBaby That’s also a reason the loadout bugs out, but not the only one like @DaMutha1 says. This is just a quick tip to players who still might experience this all the time, because I know how frustrating it is.
