@Straatford87Something that has always come to mind in regards to jets is the mouse controls for controlling Jets/fixed wing aircraft.

Instead of the current long drag to go in a specific direction - a system closer to that of elite dangerous or battlefront 2 (modern version) where the control of the aircraft is relative to the cursor position away from the center of the screen.

I believe war thunder also uses this.

I think that an option like this would be a lot better, user experience and also in accessibility terms, since it would prevent players from having to use so much real estate to do a full loop in a jet, or multiple movements to do so.

Just like in Elite: Dangerous, I think that mouse input should be disabled for air vehicles in Battlefield - the keyboard or a cheap controller is perfectly acceptable. In Elite this would preclude the ridiculous long-range module sniping with railguns enabled with mouse input (and exacerbated by the even stupider micro-gimbals on fixed weapons). In Battlefield this would put the PC players on par with the console players.

With regard to looping in BF2042, why don't you just map Y+ to the spacebar or another key?
