Great suggestion, I agree with most.
I would make a side note about the NightBird. It is better to remove the AGM from it and instead give it a wire-guided missile, so you won't need to change the damage and reload time of the AGM. A wire-guided missile needs to be controlled and everything will not be so easy with it, unlike an AGM that can be launched from behind cover. Plus, the reload timing of wire-guided missiles is already balanced.
The TOR tank needs to adjust the damage from a distance and, most importantly, to make attack helicopters playable again, remove fatal damage, reduce it to 80%.
